Over the last decade, the range of issues that have emerged and drawn the attention of managers has expanded enormously. Human progress is no longer only dependent on quantitative economic aspects, but also concerned with other qualitative aspects, such as the environment and quality of life. The new vision proposes a sustainable society as the attainable model of a fair and prosperous world, with a balanced striving for all human values, whether material or intangible, in harmony with nature.

We are working relentlessly to reduce the environmental impact of our operation and also hold longstanding corporate policies of providing a safe and healthy work place, protecting the environment, and conserving energy and natural resources. Over the years, this policy has helped us to achieve the following objectives:

  • Help our clients by diverting over 50 million pounds of materials from our landfills by performing detailed material recovery and recycling programs every year.
  • Our specially designed process allows us to achieve over 98% recycling rate.
  • Providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees.
  • Being an environmentally responsible participant in the community.
  • Reusing and recycling materials recovered from our operation process, purchasing recycled materials, and using recyclable packaging and other materials.
  • Developing and improving operations and technologies to minimize waste, prevent air, water and other pollution, eliminate health and safety risks and to dispose of waste safely and responsibly.
  • Meet and stay compliant with all applicable government requirements and regulations.
  • We commit to ensuring that the entire recycling chain, including downstream intermediaries and recovery operations such as smelters, are meeting all applicable environmental and health regulations. Our best effort will be made to only make use of those facilities (e.g. smelters), which provide the most efficient and least polluting recovery services available globally.
  • We strive for a Zero Waste environment internally because we can learn to eliminate all types of waste from our operation, increasing efficiency and creating a more sustainable world.
  • We agree to provide visible tracking of hazardous E-Waste throughout the product recycling chain. The tracking information should show the final disposition of all hazardous waste materials. If there is a concern about trade secrets, an independent auditor acceptable to parties concerned can be used to verify compliance with this pledge.
